January 25 - "Transition Planning" - Workshop for students on IEP’s age 14 and older
LOCATION: Endicott Estate, 656 East Street
TIME: 6:45-8:00 pm
The newly implemented Transition Planning Form (TPF) is an addition to your child's IEP beginning at age 14. The TPF targets skills by setting goals to point your student towards achieving his/her Vision of going to college, getting a job in the workforce, taking part in a residential opportunity, or other option. Come and learn about this new addition to your child's IEP.
